[ubuntu-cloud] 404 error installing ec2-api-tools...

I followed the steps in the EC2StartersGuide (
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/EC2StartersGuide). When I execute: "sudo
apt-get install ec2-api-tools" it fails with the following errors.
If anyone knows what I'm doing wrong please let me know. Thanks.
