[ubuntu-cloud] Convert VMDK to EC2 instance

TKLBAM author here. TKLBAM allows you to "convert" your system from VMDK
to EC2 or vice versa pretty easily (e.g., backup on VMDK, restore on EC2).

The catch: it currently only works for TurnKey Linux based systems,
which are customized versions of Ubuntu optimized for specific usage
scenarios.
