[ubuntu-cloud] Mailing list merge

Apologies to all, the mailing list merge took a little longer than expected.

Just a quick reminder of the changes:

 * all the subscribers of ubuntu-ec2 have been unsubscribed from it and
   subscribed to the ubuntu-cloud mailing list.

 * the archives of the ubuntu-ec2 mailing are still available[1]

If you are a member of the ubuntu-ec2 mailing list, please don't forget to
update your email filtering rules.

If you are a member of the ubuntu-cloud mailing list, you should not
notice any changes.

For a while, emails sent to the ubuntu-ec2 mailing list will be
redirected to the ubuntu-cloud mailing list.
