Tim,

Sorry for taking so long to get back to you. I know I sat down after you
sent this with the intention of replying. I guess I got sidetracked, and
because I sat down to do it, just thought that I did.

The Spanish speaking community really did most of the work themselves, and
we have even learned a couple things from them.. Really all you need to do
is pick a day (or days) and a time, recruit instructors, and make it happen.
The hardest part, from my perspective has been recruiting instructors. I
haven't been very involved in the last two User Days due to other
obligations..

If you wanted to do like the Spanish teams have done, they created their own
classrooms, which they hold classes outside of User Days as well. If you
wanted, I'm sure that nhandler could help you out with setting up a ClassBot
for your channels.

Feel free to look through the material that we have created on the wiki [1]
and translate it into Dutch for your pages. You don't have to run a User
Days at the same time that we do it in English. Also, feel free to join
#ubuntu-classroom-backstage on IRC and ask questions. I have also copied the
Classroom mailing list with this email. I hope this helps!
