Mailing List Admins

Hey folks,

Currently there are two mailing list admins for this list, Ryan
Kavanagh and myself. We've been able to handle everything thus far,
but it's probably a good idea for us to add 1-2 more admins in case we
get busy.

Tasks for admining the mailing list include:

- Spam discarding - we get maybe 1 spam/week, usually less
- Approving non-spam posts by non-members - the most time-sensitive task!
- General policy review - currently we only allow subscribed users to
post, and block spammers from ever subscribing, this is something that
can be discussed with the whole group, but the mailing list admins
dealing with the issue probably have a lot of input here.

Familiarity with mailman for volunteers is preferred, but I can run
through the basics with anyone who wants to help out if they aren't
familiar with it.

So, volunteers?
