Some of use have been using hiveminder.com to keep track things that
need to be done. If you are interested, Christer probably could send you
out a invite. Also, typically I have been leaving assignments in the
minutes of each meeting.

Finally, If we are going to continue to hold regular meetings again. I
usually prepare the agenda, I think that is bad idea, because we would
only be discussing the things that I would want to discuss. I think that
 the only person that would interested would be me. How about someone
else suggests a discussion topic from time to time.
