Hi Michelle,

Unfortunatelly, the only thing Francisco is answering to is about "his
mistake" on selling email addresses, and he's saying he won't do it
again. He does not mention anything about Ubuntu trademark policy, at
all. I am not surprised about his "silence" because that was the same
reaction I got from him all the other times I tried to be reasonable
with him in the past.

Please consider legal actions or advice about this. Of course, should
you need any help from us (Chilean LoCo), do not hesitate to reach us.
