[Ubuntu-ch] Ubuntu-CH membership as verfied locoteams will expire soon

If nobody else does, I volunteer as point of contact.

I'd like to meet up with people again like we once did, so as a straw man
suggestion I propose we start thinking about a 18.04 release party in a
central location (Bern or Zurich).
