[Ubuntu-ch] SubLoCos!

Good point, unfortunately.

I wondered if perhaps the language barrier was part of that decrease.
I don't live in Switzerland this year, so I'm a little out of touch
with the local linux people/talks, I thought that would be the reason.

At least, somebody answered my email :)
