I did, but since I will have a KDE booth as well where I will be
occupied most of the time, there is little I will be able to help,
besides bringing the Conference Pack, of course :)

Couldn't this be coordinated on the wiki as well?

Could you be a bit more detailed what this phone conference is about?

You know my position on splitting up the Swiss Team, not sure this
separate mailing list is a good idea. I'ts already hard to make people
collaborate on this one, and we never frowned upon mails in other
languages, provided there is a short explanation in English what it is
about. We do so currently for the information of the FêtonsLinux event
in Geneva.
