[Ubuntu-ch] Question: What is a good Linux Supporter for you? Feedback

Thanks for your Reply! I agree with you, commercial support has a higher demand for quality-
But considering, that LPI tests aren't very popular in Switzerland (as far as I know, at least under
the young people doing a apprenticeship in IT, ch-open started a programm to make lpi more known,

good in learning for tests and a good linux admin, he isnt automatically a good supporter.
Explaining, helping and matching the level of knowledge from the client isnt always as easy as it
sounds. The LPI is high requirement, that could probably alienate potential supporters.

Could a special pricing system be a solution? Somethink like a supporter with lpi earns 10% more per
hour?
