Hi,
(and thanks for the great Release Party on Saturday everyone by the way!)

I agree with Tribaal here. People on the contact person list should be
1) easy to reach and 2) willing to help, that's it. It's not like
professional support and contract work, but it's voluntary, free help
and we don't have to be more transparent than this.

I understand that some people don't want to publish their full names
on different web sites for privacy reasons or whatever reason. (And
maybe they have a day-job at Suse or MS :) ) This is in no conflict of
being able to help efficiently and in a friendly way.

Personally, I don't like so much the use of nicknames in general, but
I guess it's just a dungeons and dragons heritage and 733t hax0r
thing, that I just missed. But it's very accepted in the Ubuntu
community, check #ubuntu-devel and you'll see official, well-respected
Canonical employees and whatnot "hiding" behind names that would be
childish and ridiculous in other settings. Right, mamar0k? (gotcha ;)
)

Cheers,
Tormod
