The developmental branch of Scribus (1.3.4.dfsg+svn20071115-1ubuntu1) is
called scribus-ng and you can have it on hardy without any change of
your configuration

scribus-ng (1.3.4.dfsg+svn20071115-1ubuntu1 Ubuntu:8.04/hardy)

apt-get install scribus-ng
