[Ubuntu-ch] Lausanne RP | the rooms are cool ;)

hi folks,

I went to visit the rooms for the Lausanne RP on Wednesday and they awesome.

We have access to:

- main entrance with: baby foot, bar and tables.
- conference room with beamer and up to 30 seats. 1er floor
- hale in front of the conference room with tables for the installs and
coffee machine. 1er floor.

/me even saw a lift and both floors are perfectly flat which mean we should
also be able to receive people with mobility problems.

The visitor parking is big, I would estimate up to 60 places.

Drinks are payed by our sponsor. Coffee, beer, wine, water and sodas (/me
takes some light soda for netztier ;))

The sysadmins will look if they can set up a fast access to the Switch miror
otherwise they proposed to set up a proxi in order to speed up the
downloads. Furthermore they provide wifi and cable network access. The only
thing we're not sure about yet is, if there will be wifi available in the
main entrance.

It's time to say DONE !!! What we now need is a LOT of people joining in ;)
