Ce DVD contient une version d'Ubuntu, Kubuntu et d'une partie
d'Edubuntu version 8.04 LTS (Hardy Heron) spécialement conçue pour la
Suisse. Vous y trouverez en plus les versions allemandes et françaises
des logiciels (en version pour PCs 32 et 64 bits) ainsi que quelques
suppléments. Ce DVD peut être utilisé sans installation préalable en
fonctionnement temporaire de type « live system » ou il peut être
installés de façon permanente sur votre ordinateur. En outre, une des
nouveautés de cette version est la possibilité de l'installer
directement depuis Windows.
