Struggling very hard /not/ to click on that link** :)
However, I had to run whois <domain> and google him, and also looked
at some of his PDFs in the Google cache*. He seems to be a productive
guy it would be nice to have with us on the team. His low age might
excuse to some degree his moral "challenges", and he's probably
unaware of our community and legal issues.

Take this gently, discuss with him, and I think this will not be any problem.
