I don't think it was _that_ unclear though :) There has always been a
link to the wiki on that page. Anyway, I have cleaned up a little both
on the launchpad page (thanks for the permission, Waver) as well as on
the wiki page. Comments welcome!

To clearify a little, the launchpad team has no real function (so
far), other than displaying a list where people can add their names...
The launchpad is a tool for bug reporting, translating, support
tracking and so on, and sometimes it is useful to have teams/groups of
users for certain uses.
