<div dir="ltr">Hi all, just a comment on the speed of shut-down since upgrading to 13.10, has anyone had the same experience? my system shuts down in record time now, around 3 seconds! used to be 13 to 16 seconds.Start up also faster than before.I'm using a PC, Dell vostro 220.<br>
