Unfortunately I live too far away to attend. I like the idea of a Mr. Robot face to face group.Sincerely,David Parker

Hello everyone on the "very west coast"...

I'm happy to announce that a new *local* (not loco
<https://www.google.ca/search?&q=define:+loco>) Ubuntu group has
recently spun up in beautiful Delta, BC
<https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Delta,_British_Columbia>. Delta is a
municipality of approximately 100,000 people and is on the Canada/US
border.

There are likely 1000-2000 people (conservatively) in Delta that are
enjoying Ubuntu right now. /Are you one of them?/ If you reside in
postal zones *V4C* to *V4G* /or/ *V4K* to *V4M* then you are and you
will definitely want to join. Ubuntu is way more fun when you're with
others who enjoy it.

Do note that this is a face-to-face group, so if all you're looking for
is IRC, mailing lists, and computer-mediated relationships with people
not near you, then this *isn't* the group for you.

Here's the link to learn more and to join:
http://www.meetup.com/ubuntudelta/

Welcome in advance to "Delta Force".

Cheers,
Randall.

(and Delta Force supporter).
