Looks like you may have a space between the "client." and the "ovpn" and since I have to guess, I'd say there
shouldn't be one.

When I type exactly what you wrote I get the following message.

  Options error: In [CMD-LINE]:1: Error opening configuration file: client

Generally, if you paraphrase error messages instead of reporting them exactly you will get a lesser quality of help
from volunteers.
