[Ubuntu-waterloo-region] x11VNC on Ubuntu 14.04

I haven't had the first issue but I ran into the second one (password problem) right away. The only 'work around' I could get to work was issuing this from a terminal:
gsettings set org.gnome.Vino require-encryption false
