Dual Boot 14.04 and 8.1

Have the UEFI turned on before you start the install.  Ubuntu notices if
it's on or off, then installs accordingly.  Windows will want it on anyway,
so probably best to set both OS to use UEFI/Secure Boot.

At least, that's been my experience with 13.04.  By 13.10 I was running
Ubuntu by itself, no more Windows.
