Microsoft and interoperability with Linux

Making derogatory comments and nicknames (such as "Microsh at t") for
individuals or organizations is not within the spirit of Ubuntu's Code of
Conduct.

You may disagree with Stephen's comments, but I don't think they were
disrespectful or derogatory.
