I have found, I can?t believe I am saying this but its true Windows

Fedora performed the best for my CF-30 Toughbook my only touch screen.
The main issue I had was with Touch Accuracy.

I recently purchased an HP touchscreen laptop with 8.1. Got it to dual boot
and the touch screen works just fine with 14.04
