Preparing for the Video Chat meeting on 23 January 2014

I just tried http://tinychat.com/ela1oc . Requires Javascript AND Flash.
I didn't get as far as requiring a Facebook or Google Plus login.

The intent of the Video Chat is to go where the people are (it seems
they're not on IRC where we've been holding the Ubuntu-ca meetings). So
I'm willing to try whatever chat app is the most popular.

Let us know if if anyone has other suggestions that weren't on my
original list. I'll just add them when I'm counting up the votes.
