Windows 8.1 & Ubuntu

I'm more familiar with running Windows inside a virtual machine hosted
on Ubuntu... To have access to shared network drives my Ubuntu user ID
needs to be a member of the vboxusers group, so you may need to set up
the equivalent for your Windows user.
