I'd suggest commenting out the cd source. It's from when you installed
the system and you won't be using the CD to get your packages anymore.
Ok, try this:
run this in a terminal (you may need sudo): software-properties-gtk
You should be able to change your source to a different one that
hopefully works.
If that fails or you don't have that package, I can provide you my
working sources.list.
