I'm hanging out in the #ubuntu-release-party channel on IRC[1]. Every
30 seconds or so people are asking "Is it out yet?", and ubottu (an
IRC bot) answer "No, not yet".

I've already had my fingers slapped for posting a link to the release
web site. Apparently, the mirrors are busy mirroring, and when that's
done the release will be officially released.

In the meantime there are torrent files available[2], so you can
download Trusty Tahr with Transmission and actually contribute to the
