It might have timed out.  I haven't been refreshing it, so likely it
went away.

You'll need to log in with your Launchpad.net credentials, but when I
clicked on the link ( http://pad.ubuntu.com/WMV9byyQAX ) I was forwarded
to the login screen automatically.

I've gone back into it, let me know if you continue to have trouble. 
You may also want to join in on the IRC channel #ubuntu-ca even if it is
old-fashioned :-)
