Webmail?

Hi David: I don't know for sure, but I suspect Rogers does not allow
unusual e-mail configurations.  I left them 10 years ago when they
blocked outbound port 25 access and forced all e-mail to go through
their server.  I'm with Teksavvy now, who have a much less draconian
usage policy.
