Thoughts on advertisements in Ubuntu 12.10

I am sure Ubuntu will be loosing users and will return to their senses.
>From the time they insisted on the unity interface in spite of all the
users who wrote against it, I was starting to think Ubuntu is not relevant
any more.
I still did not switch from Ubuntu to any other distro. I am considering
switching to Mint.
I am now using Ubuntu 12.04 with Cinnamon by Mint.
