You should be seeing the D-Link login page.
One more thing...
Unplug power to your cable modem and remove any batteries for > 30 seconds.
Re-connect power cable to your cable modem, let it range.
Then unplug power cable to router for a couple of seconds.
Then you should see the D-Link login page when you surf to the proper local
IP address, perhaps it's 192.168.1.1 ?
