Do you live (or work) in a town or city? Have you used Ubuntu?

Great!

Please register a new event on the awesome Ubuntu Loco team portal.
http://loco.ubuntu.com/events/global/1443/detail/

Do it right now.

Then, on your lunch break, make a small flyer. Keep it simple. Say,
"Some people will be meeting here on Saturday March 3rd to talk about
Ubuntu. Please join us!" You can even hand-write it.

Then, after work, take a walk to your local coffee shop and hang that
flyer. Tell the owner it will help bring in some business. One flyer.
You can do it. Be strong.

I'll bet you a plate of poutine, or one beaver tail, or a jar of maple
syrup that at least one other person who uses Ubuntu (or not) will see
that flyer and will be curious enough to show up. And when that happens,
that one small act you did today will have introduced some fun (and
hope) into someone's otherwise non-Ubuntu weekend. And, you might just
have started an Ubuntu group in your town. Pure magic.

Change begins locally, with you.

Cheers,
Randall
