I'm guessing you have ubuntu, look in the application list for a program
called "Terminal"

once that application is launched. Type in *uname -a *and press enter. Take
your mouse highlight the output from that command and go to Edit->Copy. Go
back to your hotmail account(where you are probably reading this email) and
press reply. In the message body, press ctrl+v and hit send. This will tell
us what architecture you are running (64bit or 32bit) after I will be able
to further direct you.
