Almost every OS has some variety of terminal client. Most stores I've seen have some terminal running as a client and screen switch to an on line browser for after market parts lookup. Now if the back end was ubuntu or other linux that would be knews.

Well, it may have been those particular locations then. The one near me in Toronto was using the same systems they've been using for the past 5 years that I've been going to that location. Good on them for adopting Ubuntu though!
