Xmass Bonus

Let's not be too hasty at banning him without giving him a chance to 
explain.  From the bottom part of the message it seems like he's the 
victim of drive-by social networking -- his bank wanting to be hip and 
groovy, and automatically spewing a social networking referral scheme 
message, quite possibly without his permission.
