screensaver

Hi, is it possible to use photos from an email attachment as screensavers? I
received beautiful underwater shots as mail attachments and I can,t seem to
be able to retrieve them. I put them in a picture folder and when I try to
transfer them to the screensaver window, it wont work,  thanks
