wireless problems with Ubuntu 10.10

One more thing, I don,t know if this has any bearing on the subject, but
this problem occurred when their neighbour returned that day from a trip.He
uses a router also ??  My daughter thinks that her router has no security
configured on it, don,t know ??  Ray
