wireless problems with Ubuntu 10.10

Very odd, any recent updates to the firmware of the router or the driver? Has the laptop been dropped? It is possible that you the connecter cables are loose. I had that issue a while ago.

Hi Mark, don,t know about the wireless card but it all worked for 3 days and now I can,t connect through the router. The Toshiba is 2 years old as well as the D-link router. Why the sudden change? I am trying to convince people around here to go Ubuntu and this does not help. If I connect direct to the modem it,s all ok,  Ray
