Faces of Ubuntu developers - an observation

@Ralph:

A few data points: Approximately 5% of Ubuntu Members worldwide are 
female, and not everyone in that photo is a developer. Your photo link 
is from UDS-O. The female participation at UDS-P was a bit higher 
though, by my estimation.

It might surprise some readers of this list to learn that UVLC (Ubuntu 
Vancouver) is approximately 18% female. That's something we are proud 
of, but we won't be satisfied until that number is closer to 51%.
