Wireless Data Stick in Quebec

The big ones(Bell, Rogers come to mind) generally have some form of a
portable modem that uses RF to get signal from towers (a la WiMax, I
believe?).  Could try something like that if the USB stick versions don't
work. There may also be some 4G providers in the area (last I heard, a
couple of the wireless providers were working on it in general)

[EDIT: Just checked Google, I guess Bell and Rogers call it Portable
Internet]
