Ubuntu IRC meeting and Time Zones and DST

Hi Darcy: More time zone and DST nonsense on

Tomorrow we put the clocks back an hour to Standard Time, so our time
zone offset becomes -0500 again. That means the time listed for Ubuntu
Hour, 23:00+0000 (UTC) is really 18:00-0500 (EST), not 19:00-0400 (EDT).

Should we change the time on the appointment to 00:00+0000 (UTC) for the
next day, or meet when the little hand is on the six? Either way,
someone has to change, since Saskatchewan doesn't observe DST and won't
be changing their clocks.

I'm using Lightning to import both the Google Calendar for
Ubuntu-ca[1,2] as well as the iCal feed[3] on the Ubuntu-ca team
page[4], and the IRC meeting times differ by an hour...
