Ubuntu-ca IRC meeting

Hi Ralph (etc),

I am all ears - don't really use the mailing list much - I do give it an
eyeball every once in a while. I am however, quite active in IRC, I would be
happy to take part in the meeting and get more involved with the ubuntu-ca
community!
