Is there a particular reason why it needs to be a canadian based VPS?
I offer professional drupal services to my customers and have a
dedicated server in
Europe on which I run vps'.
It would be no problem to add the site on one of my multi-site drupal
systems, or
grow it into its own vps should that be necessary.
