ubuntu-ca.org needs help!

If you compare http://ubuntu-ca.org/ to http://ubuntu-us.org
http://ubuntu-uk.org or http://ubuntu-ru.org you'll see that Canada is
looking pretty sad.

Does anyone have any idea how to update/change the image/layout at the
top, using Drupal?  I've poked around the admin side for two days now,
and am no closer to a solution then when I started.

It would be amazing if we could update the site to include some
graphics (using Darcy's new Ubuntu-ca logo would be ideal I think), to
show the world that Canada-LoCo is alive.

ANY input / suggestions appreciated.
