Battery Monitor problem in Lucid

Hi all,

I ran Derik's Boot and Nuke "quick", then...
I have a fresh install of Linux Mint 9 KDE and Lucid 10.04 (Netbook)

I have noticed when I am using my MSI Wind U-100 NetBook if I unplug the
brick after the battery is fully charged Lucid displays battery critical
now shutting down and it hibernates as per my setting.

Why is it reporting Battery Critically low in Lucid when it is fully
charged?
Bug??
