What happens if you test the file with 7zip

$ 7z t SFD.7z

Hello to all!

I'm trying to unzip a file but I have a problem. 
I tried unzip with unrar and 7z on Ubuntu 8.04. After that I typed 7z e SFD.7z.001, I got a SFD.7zfile:
