Unzip file.7z.001

Hello to all!

I'm trying to unzip a file but I have a problem.
I tried unzip with unrar and 7z on Ubuntu 8.04. After that I typed *7z e
SFD.7z.001,* I got a *SFD.7z** *file:  *
