I feel the need to point out that all these posts about off topic posts,
are very far off topic.
There have actually been more off topic posts complaining about off
topic posts, than there were replies to the original post, which was
admittedly off topic.
If the people who were concerned about the proliferation of off topic
posts, simply stopped replying to the off topic posts, then there would
be a heck of a lot fewer off topic posts.
FYI: It is common netiquette to simply prepend OT: to subject line of
off topic posts for the added convenience of those who do not wish to
read off topic posts.
