Backup

Hi, I will be receiving my 9.1 CD soon, and I would like to keep a copy of
9.04 that I am using now.I can copy all my programs, photos etc.. to CD but
how do I copy Ubuntu 9.04? I installed 9.04 from a CD but have since passed
